Nanny Share?

Hi everyone -
I'm currently pregnant with my first child, and my husband and I live in Central West End. I'm not due until July, but given the wait lists at day care centers, I'm trying to get a head start on child care planning. I'm thinking we're going to do full-time, but there's a chance that my mother-in-law would maybe take care of babe a couple days a week, so we would need part-time care. If that's the case, I want to think about a nanny share as well. Are any of you doing a nanny share currently? How does it work for you? Do you like it? Where did you look for a sharing family? How did you find a nanny?
I'm so new to the sharing idea, and would love any guidance that anyone else has...thanks in advance!
