I know people talk about having weird dreams during pregnancy, and I have definitely been having them lately! Last night during one of the dreams I had, I "saw" baby. Some family members and I were looking at my belly, and we suddenly saw a foot press against it. We started laughing, and next we saw his hands! A minute or so later, it's like my belly skin became clear, and we saw his face. Right after that, in true freaky dream nature, he had popped out of me and was sitting on the floor in front of me! He looked a lot like my DH, with a head of dark hair and big, brown eyes. He was adorable. Next though, he stood up and walked himself over to the dining room table and started eating table food. Ok....? That's all I remember, but it was so odd!

Have you had any weird dreams lately, specifically about baby?

All of my baby dreams have been about breastfeeding. I guess I'm more concerned about that aspect than I realize. I don't even remember what the baby looked like in them, just whether or not bfing was going well.

I hardly dream about the baby. If I do I dream about me being pregnant.

Last night I had a dream where I divorced DH and married some other guy. And in it I realized I had made a terrible mistake and divorced that guy and went back to my DH who said he knew I'd come back, but if I did it again, no more chances.

It was a bad dream with a happy ending. So that was nice. But DH would never take me back if I divorced him for another guy and then tried come running back to him.

I have. Every night. A lot of them revolve around being in school and having to take a test I didn't know about or was ill-prepared for. Or sometimes I just forgot I was even taking that class. All of these are weird because I am 6 years out of law school and 12 out of college. I wonder if I subconsciously view having a baby as a test that I am not prepared for.

Mine last night was about a home invasion. And 911 wasn't working properly and once I finally got through, the cops took forever to show up. I woke up before they caught the lady but I had managed to lock her in my basement by promising her that I'd let her steal my car.

I've had dreams for the past few nights where I am fighting with my best friends. I actually had to call one of them yesterday to make sure that we were okay.

I also had a dream that my friend was keeping capybaras in her house, and I had to get them away from her baby. It was not fun.

A lot of my dreams have been very inappropriate. A lot of sex dreams involving different people (males and females). One dream involved an ex with red velvet cake, whip cream and sex. WEIRD! I need to get laid SOON!

My pregnancy dreams are so boring. Usually I have fantastic dreams about being a zombie killer, an assassin, a police officer chasing bad guys, but now, they are usually boring. Once in a great while, I will have a good one, but it is so rare.

I had a really crazy one the other night. A friend of mine from when I did community theater in high school was directing a new show for FOX; a police procedural with a supernatural focus. It starred another friend from the theater group, Alan Tudyk, and myself. Brian Cranston was the police captain. Last night's episode centered on a gold lamee handkerchief, which when placed over the eyes or on a pair of glasses, turned invisible and possessed the wearer with the spirit of a skeezy 1970's warlock porno director, who had a thing for young girls. The longer any one person was possessed, the more their hair started to naturally turn into a comb over, and their clothing started to shift into a velour leisure suit. The squad ended up taking him down by setting up a sting at a nearby campground with the help of a local youth witch coven who disguised their meetings by masquerading as a Girl Scout troop.

That is a fucking horrible dream. I would have been crying too.

That definitely would have traumatized me as well.

911 is never working properly in my dreams. It makes me think about how in modern horror movies they have to come up with a way for the characters to lose/break/forget to charge their phones.

My only dream I remember was being pregnant and my dad and my husband both died. Weird bc the mailman was the one that came by and told my mom and I about my dad. I don't know when my DH died but apparently it wasnt the same time. Anyway then it was just my mom and I that were left. I was so sad that my child would never meet her daddy.

Ditto this. I have also had dreams lately of fist-fighting with my mom. Super odd, one of which we had an epic Mr & Mrs smith style 'bring the house down', knock down drag out. Also, many dreams in which my boss was being pushy and mean to me and one which was this same type of dream where I got lost in the hallways at work and couldn't find anyone, however- I was more concerned that the cafeteria was full of slot machines and not food. lol I guess I was famished from being lost... I also had a dream that I protected Briana (from Teen mom season 3's) child from a pedophile, by beating him ninji style with two broomsticks, then we took our kids to the waterpark where there was a kissing contest going on, and I snuck away so that I would not have to kiss my SIL's 20 something year old cousin. That was last night, and I am still both puzzled and weirded out.

OMG!!!!! I had a very similar dream last night @ blessedandhopeful. I was walking through the mall with my sister and my cousin, I got some cramps and squatted down in the middle of the floor and out popped a baby boy(keep in mind we haven't found out the sex yet). I just picked him up, carried him on my hip like a toddler and no one really even questioned what happened or why I suddenly had my baby. He wasn't wearing a diaper but had a shirt on and a full head of hair.Then he said "hi my name is (and it's the name we are naming if it's boy).It was very weird and a little creepy. I woke up out of breath, looking around for this toddler sized talking newborn.

This weekend I had a dream that we were at the lake and the mayor up there fed my dog, whose name in the dream was "Jacque" (his name is really Spock), poison chili.

The most recent pregnancy dream I had was that my due date came and I was like, 'OK, any second now I'm going to go into labor. Get ready husband.' As if it for sure would always happen that exact day.
