Why am I awake??

It's 4 am and I've been up since about 1:30. I kept hoping I was contracting but nope. I finally got up and am watching crap tv and eating snacks.

Anyone else up with insomnia or feeding babies?

I hope to create a real siggy but first I need some sleep!

    I'm with you. Staying in bed hoping I'll fall back asleep but it's not happening. It's been over an hour and a half.
    I think it's time to get up. Now I'm just getting hungry!

    Me, DH and DD2 were all asleep then DD1 came into our room before 7 am!! She's lucky she is cute!

    @bookshelves I hope you are right!

    After all the talk about pop tarts, I bought some yesterday. Just ate some for the first time in years and wasn't that impressed. Brewing up some "3rd trimester" tea and hoping that will relax me so I can snooze before DD is up in 2 hours!

    Yep, always. I've been watching the Olympics since like 3:30 (it's 5:30 here). Sleep is a thing of the past.

    Just finished feeding LO. I'm in the "sit up for a while to prevent throwing up phase"

    I realize I made it through night feedings relatively happy with DD1 because I had TV. Now with DH having to work come Monday I can't watch my TIVO which is in our room :(
    I'm a sinner saved by grace and a child of the Attitude Era (Oh you didn't know?!?)

    I wish I were but I'm just not into the Olympics this year. I've always preferred summer games but have at least been interested in winter. This year I'm just meh on the whole thing. And I should be stoked since DH is 60% Russian and we really want to visit someday.

    SFFC .. DH was out late drinking at a neighbors last night. Although I told him it was fine to go, I was annoyed that he got to go out and be social while I stayed home and has my nipples abused. So I may, or may not, have let baby girl cry this morning (instead of my normal shhhhing and comforting), while I got ready to feed her so she would wake him up. Of course he's dead asleep again now.
    Totally justified!!

    @inluv4life2 I'm not that into them, it's just something to watch in the middle of the night. Better then info-mercials! I much prefer the summer games. I do like watching all the crazy snow boarding and skiing stuff, though. I've tried to follow the local people, too (Utah). And the figure skating and ice dancing is fun.

    We ditched cable (and dvr) a year ago and now I regret it! I feel like I spend and hour looking for something to watch on netflix and then I'm over watching anything!
