We've had multiple nights this week without a MOTN poo.
All poops have been thicker.
Yesterday he only pooped 4 times.
Today so far he has only pooped once. ONCE! And that was at 11am - he went from 7:30 last night to 11am without a poop.
His skin is finally getting a chance to really heal and stay that way.
All of these things are very very good.
Anyone want to talk to me about poop? What's new in your diapers lately? How are our rashy babies faring?

This kid may not have a lot of bowel, but he has plenty of guts!
DS born at 34 weeks with (surprise!) gastroschisis turned short bowel syndrome.
131 days in the NICU, 7 trips to the OR, G-button, daily TPN....
We are impatiently awaiting the day we can say goodbye to his girlfriend Ivy for good.
Re: This is a post about poop.
George had food for the first time yesterday. Bananas. Super thick and seedy poo. Super sticky. Awesome.
We made our own baby wipe solution and use flannel wipes and G's rash issue seems to be at bay.
Yea Luke! Congrats!!
We've continued to have success with the toilet too, tho we seem to reset our pooy diaper "days without incident" counter at 4 days. Can't seem to make it past 4 days...I'm not complaining tho.
Prunes seem to be our only real nemesis at this point.
ETA I'm an idiot I forgot to mention GO LUKE! I'm so happy his poor bum is getting a chance to heal, its so hard when they are sore...i imagine how uncomfortable i would feel

We have been eating breast milk, formula and solids so poops here are a total crap shoot.
Hunter's rash seems to be controllable with one cream... One very expensive cream... That comes in teeny tiny tins. Why, Dimpleskin's Bum Bum Balm, why??
My kid poops everywhere at least once a day. And he is guaranteed to poop if I especially like his outfit. He has only been drinking 8 oz at dc and he STILL poops everywhere. It really is a gift.

Penelope pooed while pulling up to stand. I was kinda impressed. Like a reverse squat. "Super shit!"
And congrats to Luke. Diaper rashes are awful. And to have it for so long is hard!

But when I picked her up from MILs today she had different clothes on. I assumed she pooped up her back. MIL said no..she hadn't but when she went to change her poopy diaper, DD decided to try to roll. Haha. She loves doing that too. @-)
And yay for Luke!

We are in the 1 to 2 poops a day camp. Today's was pretty ridiculous. I really miss EBF diapers.

It also made DH proud yesterday when DS had his first double flusher poop. It's amazing how much poop he can hold in there.
