Hi!
After 6 months on the TTCAL board, I got my BFP on Thursday and blood work confirmed that I am pregnant again! It was pretty unexpected since I had my first appointment with a RE on Tuesday during my 2ww and we were planning for a medicated cycle with an IUI insemination, so I was more focused on that then the possibility I could already be pregnant. I am feeling both happy and terrified at the same time, but am trying to keep calm and tell myself it is out of my control. Getting the BFP was so different this time- it is all I have wanted for months but when I got it I just felt so nervous. Finally it is settling in and I am starting to feel happy. I had my MC pretty early on last time and hopefully once I get further along then I was some of this anxiety will subside. I can't help but feel like I will just be nervous throughout the whole first trimester.
Congratulations to all of yall! Any advice for how to deal with the fears and anxiety? Looking forward to getting to know all of you- my greatest wish is to be here for 9 months!!
I didn't feel like I was nearly active enough on the TTCAL board to post a BFP announcement there, so I just wanted to thank all of the TTCAL girls. There were so many days I felt so sad and down, and would go on the board and even if all I did was read posts I would feel better. Thank you for the support from such strong and wonderful ladies!
