Hi May Bumpies!
I finally bought the wooden letters for our nursery last night (basically everything but covering the blank walls is done), but now I need to figure out how to hand them above the crib. They aren't super huge (3-4 inches tall), and some of them are not really thick, so I don't think hanging them on nails would work. They are all a different font, I didn't like all of the letters in any particular font, so I just went with the nicest one from each.
I've been checking out Pinterest but nothing seems to show HOW the letters are attached to the wall. I've seen some hung with ribbon, but I don't know how well that would work with the "I" and "L".
Here are the letters, I will be painting them all turquoise. The walls in the nursery are khaki colour.
Thanks!
ETA: The picture wasn't showing, but now it's huge. I just can't win with TB today!
Re: Hanging wooden letters above crib
Can you use the command strips?
ETA: if they don't have the exact size you need, just buy big ones and cut them accordingly.
If not command strips are a good solution. Or you could screw an eyelet screw into the top to hang it from a small nail or ribbon.

But we have also used liquid nail for a shelf that we hung in the bathroom that no matter what we did, would always shift with nails in it. The liquid nail works great, but be prepared that if you go to take it down, your going to rip off the paint and possibly plaster
