Just a friendly reminder from someone who needs it

I found out the pruney fingers I posted about a few days ago are pretty much for sure from dehydration... my OB gave me a calculation: your weight divided by 2.5 is how much water you should be drinking in ounces! I'm struggling drinking 80oz/day for sure!
