I went to Babies 'R Us the other day and tried out all the strollers. I really didn't expect to like a jogger but my dad pointed out that I walk 2-3 miles a day on our back country road and questioned whether or not the little wheels on a regular stroller would hold up quite as well. I'm thinking of getting this one:
https://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=19039616&fromRegistryNumber=52317518&product_skn=886197We are set on the Graco Click Connect 35 carseat and this one comes with it. It even comes in black which is what we want! It's just
really kind of big for the mall, etc. I have a subaru so not a ton of trunk space either.
Does anyone have an opinion on this stroller, good or bad? I found a dinky umbrella stroller out in the garage from when I nannied to trade it to get the 25% off coupon. A woman my mom knows said she has an old car seat I can trade in too so I may also get this stroller for everyday stuff:

Re: Graco Jogging Stroller
I just wonder how much you'll really walk with a baby or newborn that would make lugging a jogging stroller around worth it. Sometimes I think people get this idea in their mind that they're going to walk every day and then reality sets in.

We are set on the graco car seat though so we need a graco stroller. I walk NOW daily but I don't know for sure what will happen with a baby.
ETA: @cakebatter27 I guess I didn't explain myself well the first time, lol. We had the same concerns with a regular stroller holding up to the outdoors and asphalt. But, at the same time we'll be using it more for everyday stuff than walking outside. And I don't jog, lol.

And as for walking, I didn't do it much in the first few weeks but I did walk a few miles most days once DD was a month or two old, so a great stroller was really important!
Thanks @lyndseyloveshugh. We want to go with the whole click connect system because you can mix and match strollers and car seats without any adjustments or hassle. A lot of my friends have the Graco systems and swear by them. I just don't know much about this particular stroller. They also don't live on our crappy road so they wouldn't need something with decent wheels.
I had (still have) a City Mini for around the neighborhood, but mainly used the Snap n Go while DS was in the bucket car seat.
You can get one for between $50-70.
Best of lunch with the decision
