Best slow flow nipple?

My son is fed expressed breast milk. At least a few times a day he'll cough / choke on the milk because he gulped it down too fast. The doctor has said it's not a physical problem but he's taking in too much milk too fast. We are using Tommee Tippee which I thought was the best but I guess they don't work for my LO. 

Can anyone recommend a really good slow flow nipple? TIA!

    Have you tried the dr brown preemie nipples? They are the slowest flow that I have found.

    I have been using the Dr. Browns bottles with the preemie nipples.

    I use Playtex Nursers they come with a slow flow nipple.

    I second the Avent Natural. We used Medela also with no problems but occassionally he will gulp/breathe/sputter. I think at this point he is distracted while eating sometimes and that causes him to do the sputtering.

    Medea calma I believe. Got mine at cotton babies. All the breastfeeding mothers swore by that one. 20$ a bottle....but worked for us. Hope that helps.

    We use avent bottles with mam nipples. The mam bottles were nice but they leaked if not assembled perfectly.

    Dd had the same problem, avent fixed it
    TTC Since 112010 Naturally. Diagnose:PCOS(ME) + Low Motility(HIM). Started IVF+ICSI Cycle 12312. ER 27 & ET 210 two embies transferred. *BFN 1ST IVF CYCLE.* **Getting as healthy as possible and will try IVFICSI#2 again hopefully in April.** -- HAVE FAITH; LET GO & LET GOD --

    If the Medela nipples don't work for my LO, can I use other brand nipples without buying new bottles?

    The first years breastflow are amazing. It's more like they are eating from the breast an really have to work for in instead if it flowing straight out of the nipple. You can buy them online from Amazon and target.com. I buy mine from a local boutique.
