Second breast pump with insurance?

I know there are at least a few STMs on this board that had a baby in 2013, and probably qualified to get the free brest pump through insurance last year. Does anyone know if I can get another pump through insurance this year?
Little background on why I'm asking: Last year, the only 2 pumps I could get were either the Ameda or the Playtex. I'd read the Ameda wasn't awesome, so I chose the Playtex, and I hated it. There is absolutely no way I am using that again with this LO. Looking online this time, it appears there is a Medela pump availble to me now, I'm just not sure if I can use insurance to buy a second pump 1 year later.
Anyone have any insight about this? I'm sure I will wind up calling my insurance to ask, but it always helps to have a little background knowledge before starting a conversation with the insurance reps!

    Mine will pay for a new one after 2 years. I think it is all depending on your plan :)

    It depends on your insurance. I think mine is one every 3 years. Give them a call and see, it'd be great if you can get a new one if the Playtex was crummy.

    Yes you will have to call your insurance. Mine covers 1 per pregnancy. I barely pumped with DS so the one I got with him is like new. I've still debated getting a new one though.

    FWIW, I loved my Medela. I never got milk in the tubes or anything. It had like 10 settings to control suction, and 2 for speed (one to get a let down and one for regular pumping). The LC at the hospital told me to get either a Medela or Ameda.
    Yup, loved my medela too and never had a problem with milk in the tubing.

    I'd love to get a backup pump through insurance this time but mine will only cover a manual pump. Lame.

    Thanks ladies. I'll have to give them a call soon. Good to know that if I do qualify for another one, I'll have 2 decent choices.
