Baby's Dry Skin

My little girl has dry patches of skin that the pedi said is a bit of baby eczema. I use Aquaphor for her body, but now she is getting dry patches on her little fingers, and I don't know what to use on her hands, as they're always in her mouth. I thought about coconut oil, but I haven't tried it yet. Any ideas?

I didn't even think of lanolin--of course that's okay to ingest. Thanks! I'll try that first before I buy something else.
