progesterone shot vs prometrium

I am taking prometrium orally because Fed Ex decided not to deliver my meds!! Has anyone noticed a difference in side effects between the 2 meds? 
First natural BFP June 2013
Ectopic July 2012 with fallopian tube and ovary removal :(

First IVF (after 1 cancelled cycle) Jan 2014, 
ER 1/16
ET 1/21
Beta 1/31 BFP!
Beta 2: 400
Beta 3: 700
Beta 4: 11,000  
Beta 5: 45,000
1st US 2/18:  TWINS!!!  :)
EDD: 10/10/14
Delivered via c section 9/17/14, B/G twins

    I haven't used PIO, but I definitely responded better to progesterone used as a suppository, rather than orally. Side effects were less too! I'd check with your doc first, but I've used Prometrium both ways  :)

    ***EVERYONE WELCOME***
    TTC #2 with assistance since 03/11
    Me: 33, Autoimmune (Hashimotos and FMS/CFS)
    Treated with Synthroid, acupuncture, TCM and supplements
    DH: 33, MFI (very low on all counts, high antibodies, hemochromatosis)
    Many treatments tried, none successful

    IVF/ICSI #1 05/14 - EPP/Antagonist, Gonal-F and Luveris, 18R, 14M, 13F - SET of 1BC, all arrested on day 5 - C/P
    Genetic testing = normal, DNA Frag = excellent
    IVF #2 03/15 - Long protocol with Suprefact, Gonal-F, and possibly Luveris, adding in PICSI
