I still haven't. I'm scared. We tried once and it still hurt but LO is 10 weeks already. I still have some stinging and soreness, is that weird? My doctor said to wait another 2 weeks after my 6 week appointment but its been 4.

We tried twice and both times it stung for me as well (8 weeks PP) I'm going to try lube next time and hopefully that will help.

I havent , my DH is being an ass hat so what little desire I have is pretty much squashed. Also Im afraid its going to retear me.

We haven't done it yet. I'm almost 8wks out and just got my IUD put in yesterday. SO was all ready to go the day after my 6wk pp appt, but I just wasn't ready. I got my period right afterwards too, so I'm waiting to make sure all the blood has cleared out down there before giving it a try. Even then, I don't know how we'll find time between the two of us working and LO.

Me. But I just got cleared on Tuesday only to have it revoked until next Tuesday....had some granulation scar tissue again that my doc had to treat with silver nitrate so no nooky for me for an extra week while it heals. I don't think we will get around to trying till Valentines Day.

No deed doing here. Almost 9 weeks pp. I'm still bleeding after my IUD. I tried a light tampon yesterday and that was traumatic so I can't imagine. Once I stop bleeding I suppose we will give it a try...

I'm only 5.5 w pp, so I haven't been cleared yet. I've only just started to not use a peri bottle when I go to the bathroom. (3rd degree tear) so I'm taking it pretty slow.. Lol

No sex for me yet.. I've been cleared and I'm almost 8 wks pp but I'm too scarred to try. I still feel discomfort when I pee and maybe it has to do with the fact that I had 3rd degree tear. Then again I don't think I can put off sex forever so maybe my Hubby will get some on VDay

Will be 6 weeks on Tuesday, dr appt on Thursday. I've wanted to try it but keep changing my mind because I don't want to tease DH if it hurts and we have to stop. My issue is with these fissures I have going on. Every time I go #2 I'm in pain. Hopefully I get the green light next week... Just in time for V-Day

Tried it once - was a little dry but going slow and changing position helped immensely. We were also in the shower if that had anything to do with it. Still a bit more uncomfortable than prepreg sex. And I had a c-section with virtually no action down under to cause any damage so I feel for you ladies.

We just finally did it today- a week after I got approved ... It was not comfortable at all for me, but I pushed through it because I have a feeling it won't be comfortable for a long time ... I felt a little bad for DH cuz I just felt like I was doing a task ... I was 100% focused on getting the right angle etc. It could not have been too sexy for him after all this time. But I felt proud for powering through. LOL.

No sex yet here either. And I've been cleared for almost 4 weeks. I didn't even have a bad tear or many stitches this time. Just between mastitis, me having the stomach flu, dh having the stomach flu, then our kids having it, sex has been just about the last thing on our minds. Also, by the time Ben falls asleep each night I'm just so freaking tired and I know I'll be up again in 2 hrs...sigh. Supposedly tonight we will try, but we'll see.

Yep it does. My OB specifically said to use lube because BFing makes it more dry down there. I didn't use it and it was still fine..but I'll definitely get lube for next time!

I had a Csec and it still stung /burned for me as well. Not fun.
I wasn't expecting that much pain since no baby came out down there...... I guess the small amount of sex over the last 4 months did it.
all I could think of was *if this hurts I would have died pushing a baby out*

Eta: And we did use lube. Boo.

am I the only one who doesn't have a six week pp appt? Mine is at 9 weeks and I think my hubby will die if we wait til then, but I'm sort of afraid to try before I'm "cleared" I had a second degree tear and a few little "scrapes" that were stiched, and it feels ok, but I am still spotting a little (at six weeks) so I'm not sure what to do

We've done it 3 times (in the 4 weeks since I've been cleared), but with my first 2 kids we couldn't physically do it til 12+ weeks. It hurt so bad and I made him stop every time we tried.

I am still in so much pain I cannot imagine sex...I just want to feel better :-( Being able to sit would be a good start. I will be six weeks postpartum in two days. My husband will.have to wait...after 9 months pregnancy, hellish induction and now this, he can wait a few more weeks!!!
