I feel like I'm going through menopause

For the last two weeks or so, I haven't gotten more than 4 hours of sleep a night.  Not because DS has been waking up, but because my body seems to alternate between being freezing and being extremely hot and sweaty.  My back hurts, and I just can't get comfortable.  It's driving me crazy, and my tossing and turning is keeping DH up too. 

Is anyone else having menopause at 28?  I'm sure that's not what it actually is, but it feels like it. :)  If it keeps up, I'm going to be calling my OB...

Do you think the Nuva Ring could be causing it?  I started it on the 2nd.

    I could have written this post myself! Every night I am awake every hour on the hour! The sweating is horrible, I had to change my nightshirt two nights ago, because I soaked right through it. Then I got back in bed, and I was shivering. I don't get it. I guess it our hormones still adjusting or something. But I feel like a 50 year old woman, not 28!
