I have an awesome pic of me and MBF from the day after DD was born. My girlfriends all visited me in the hospital with champagne. MBF made an excellent serving tray!

I have both. The Boppy is thicker and harder to get positioned right in the beginning. This one is flat and straps to you. We used the Boppy more to support Beb during tummy time and and when she was learning to sit up. This one exclusively for breast feeding .

Personally, I would not. I got more use out of it as a drink tray in the hospital than anything else (see above). I used it when DD was first born, maybe the first couple of weeks when she was so tiny, but I I found the Boppy to be easier to use. I personally liked the Boppy much better. And the Boppy worked great for tummy time or for using to prop DD up while we snapped pics or while we were just playing with her, etc.

Everyone I've talked to has recommended the MBF over the boppy if you're truly using it as a breastfeeding pillow. That being said, the boppy can also be used for tummy time and to help LO sit up, so its multi purpose. The MBF was the very first thing on my registry though.

Just bought it! Thanks- great find! As a FTM, not knowing whether I would prefer the Boppy or MBF, $14.95 is a much better price than the $43 MBF I had on my registry!

I tried both MBF and Boppy and found the MBF much easier to use. I used it the entire year I breast fed DS.
