i need advice please

i need help we just started feeding our 6 month old gerber baby cereal and this is the fourth day i feed him three tablespoons to him 3 hours ago and he has just been spitting up large amounts of milk and cereal up any ideas on what may be causing this ? should i be concerned ? take him to hospital ?

    What kind are you feeding him? Rice? Oatmeal? Try oatmeal if you haven't yet. Also, he might not be ready, but 6 months is the "usual" age for solids. Another thought would be to skip the cereal all together and try something different.
