I was banned last year for a GIF (I think). I'm proud yet bitter.

We are doing good! We moved out last week and are staying with a friend until I can find a rental house. "J" asked me if I wanted the judge to decide visitation (because he claimed last second that he had "plans" with DS after I told him that I would be the one to pick him up from daycare) and I told him "Absolutely!! Thankfully in the good state of OK, never been married, I have full custody in the eyes of the law/court system until otherwise contested" He never responded back. I am switching DSs daycare just to ensure that he doesn't pull anything shady until we have custody/visitation set up.

Glad things are going well! Make sure you let your daycare know what's going on & even provide them with a picture of J so they can alert authorities if he tries to pick up your DS.
