  I can't find the recipe I use, but one thing I do is purée half of the soup with the broccoli in it to thicken it up and still leave some broccoli chunks (from the non puréed half).

  I got a new immersion hand blender I've dying to try out and figured it was a sign that broccoli was on sale! Haha. I'm going to scoure the interweb too to fine a great recipe. You guys are all awesome with food so I figured it was a great place to start!

  We make it all the time but I have no idea where we got the recipe.
