Sorry this is late ladies. I was in a car accident on my way to work. I'm fine. Just really freaked out. It involved 3 cars. One driver didn't make it; the driver responsible for the wreck was taken to the hospital. I ask you for any T&Ps you can spare for those involved & their families.

I'm so sorry that happened to you, @blackbird818. I was present during a car accident fatality years ago, and I found there was a lot more to process in the weeks afterward than I initially expected. Take care of yourself and give yourself time to go through whatever emotions come your way. I'm here if you ever want to talk. ((HUGS)).

I have a far less serious TP to offer today. TP to country music.

I hear it every night where my horse is boarded. I don't really mind, but whatever song I hear last at night usually turns into an earworm and gets stuck in my head the next day. And because I don't know most country songs well enough to know many of the words, I just hear the same one line over and over.

All day today I've been hearing this: "Got a little drunk last night."

Over and over.

I got two TPs today:

1 - TP to the person who left my stapler CRAZY jammed. Which caused the stapler to snap shut on my pinky nail - Ouch!!!

2 - TP to Target for sending me a "Registry Suggestion" flyer. I never signed up for any registries, and definitely AM NOT registering now! Not cool Target, not cool.

@JimBobCooter, I'm sorry that happened to you. After a bad fall on a trail ride more than 10 years ago, I gave up on the idea of ever owning a horse of my own. My fear was to the point of getting panic attacks at the thought of getting on. But I never got over the desire to be around horses. I realized that my fear was because I didn't understand what the horse was thinking/feeling and therefore I never saw the accident coming.

So, a few years ago I found a trainer/instructor I thought could really help me not just with riding, but with horsemanship overall. I took lessons with her on her (very safe) horses for a couple of summers. My lessons have been largely about developing an understanding of how they think and act, and developing effective communication with them. You may be familiar with the concept of natural horsemanship. There are a lot of clinicians out there. Buck Brannamon is probably most like what I follow. Not everyone loves it, but for me, it's just what I needed.

I finally felt ready to get my own horse a year ago last fall, and after some searching, I found my AQH, Oliver. He was pretty green, kind of fearful, and had some bad habits, but training naturally built up both his confidence and mine. I've still got a long way to go, but today I'm not terrified but excited to get on him. He is one of the biggest sources of joy in my life.

I'm all full of TP today!!!!!!!!

I've narrowed down to two...

TP to whoever is responsible for either not completing or not releasing Jack's autopsy results yet. This momma wants to know what happened to her baby!!!!!

TP to my coworker... even though I was the obvious choice to be temp. supervisor while my boss is on mat. leave they gave it to someone else who is a slacker. After having a few people quit last week leaving us short staffed anyways, she decided to take yesterday off to extend her birthday weekend and then today mysteriously "had the flu" leaving me to do her job, my job, my bosses job and cover the slack on the CSR phone calls. I hate people.

IS IT FRIDAY YET?!?!?
