Miles so badly wants to tell us what he wants, but doesn't have the ability to do so just yet. Some things are very clear, like when he wants more dinner, or a drink, but other things are a struggle. We were playing with his activity table today, and he very obviously wanted it turned a different way than right side up, but damned if I could figure out how he wanted it. Poor guy was saying 'Bah bah' (that's kind of his go to sound) over and over and had some angry tears before I figured out how he wanted it (answer: on its side)
We talk to him all the time and I feel we have a good understanding of the things/intentions he communicates with us. He clearly understands us more than we understand him. I'd like to alleviate his frustration, if possible.
Anyone else going through this? Anyone using baby sign language?
