Re: Weekly Check-In
1. ksgsmu ( katy from Tx)
2. How long have you been TTC? Oh Lord I should stop counting but it will be 21 months I think...
3. Where are you in your cycle?I have no clue my ivf cycle was cancelled in the middle of stimms so not even sure if/when I would have ovulated. I think I am 12dpo based on history but really have no clue. I took a hpt this morning and it was bfn of course. I won't test unless Af hasn't shown by Monday. We are waiting for our donor to start her period and do her day 3 testing to get cleared to start our DEIVF. Should be sometime next week before we find out anything.
4. Experiencing any weird "phantom" symptoms ladies in your 2ww? My hormones are all over the place ( I blame the lingering stimulation drugs and the cold medicine I am on)
5. How do you feel about this cycle? I don't even know how to process this cycle to be honest.
QOTW:
What is your favorite TV show or series right now? I am not sure right now. I am trying to pick up a new series on Netflix to watch. I just finished Orange is the New Black and that was great. I started "The Tudors" and I am a few episodes in... so far it is ok. I might try to watch "Scandal". Anyone like that one?

QOTW:
What is your favorite TV show or series right now?
Me: 40 DH: 38
TTC since November 2012
Elias (Eli) born 9/2/17 at 7:07pm weight 8lbs 10oz and 20.5 inches long!!
2. How long have you been TTC? First cycle back after a break. Around 6 cycles since I got my first pp period after DD2.
3. Where are you in your cycle? If in the 2ww when will you test? ( Waiting to O, 2WW etc) In the 2ww wait. I always wait to test until my period is at least a day late.
4. Experiencing any weird "phantom" symptoms ladies in your 2ww? No symptoms, although I have been obssessively comparing my CM to the CM in the 2ww with my last two pregnancies.
5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc) A little hopeful, but also very relaxed, it's either our month this month or it's not.
QOTW:
What is your favorite TV show or series right now? Downton Abbey
Elizabeth 5yrs old Jane 3yrs old
2. 9 cycles
3. CD 6 or 7
4. N/A
5. We're on a break from treatment, so I'm neutral right now.
QOTW: What is your favorite TV show or series right now?
2. On second cycle actively TTC #2
3. CD 5
4. N/A
5. Actually kind of pleased to get AF. I have a long history of VERY irregular periods, so last month's 30 day cycle/positive opk on CD 15 feels like an accomplishment, even though it obviously wasn't my month TTC wise. Yay, body!
6. DH and I watch a lot of public television. We both find Rick Steves oddly endearing. Other than that, my taste in tv is kimd of terrible. I'll watch pretty much whatever scripted, exploitative nonsense TLC has to offer. Sister Wives? 90 Day Fiancée? Bring 'em on. Sigh.

My Ovulation Chart
2. How long have you been TTC?
3. Where are you in your cycle? If in the 2ww when will you test? ( Waiting to O, 2WW etc) 2WW - possibly expecting AF just in time for Valentine's Day. So romantic.
4. Experiencing any weird "phantom" symptoms ladies in your 2ww? Nope, nothing
5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc) Eh. Not too sure. Part of me is hopeful, but part of me almost wants this not to not be our month, so I can have a few drinks on Valentine's Day - yikes, that sounds awful, but it's the truth!
QOTW:
What is your favorite TV show or series right now? "Justified," for sure! I highly recommend it (especially if you like some good old-fashioned, leading man eye-candy!)
Radiantly from Brooklyn New York
I'm 36, husband is 40. Never been pregnant. Had an IUD for 4 years, Paraguard, got it out a year ago.
TTC since I got married last august - first few months, just hoping it matched up, next couple months, paying attention to CM, and since November, temping and charting on awesome app Kindara. My cycles are pretty normal, 28-33 days or so, and obvious O with some twinges and temp shift with a 13 day LP.
I am waiting to O. This month we are actually trying more than just twice in the zone. We've had sex the last 4 days in a row! And I've o'ed each time just in case that helps. Testing? After the 14th day past O.
Phantom symptoms- yes every month I'm convinced it's the one. I've been bloated ever since O last month go figure.
How do I feel? I reeeeeeally hope this is it. Every month I get a sense of "oh yea! I've learned something new about myself. Great. That's clear now. I'm Really Ready now!" How many layers of stuff do I need to go thru? I am ready to be a mother!!
Ps I went to a Maya Arvigo abdominal massage this week and learned so much. My uterus is down pressing on the front of my pubic bone. I am now doing gentle self massage techniques to strengthen the ligaments and move the uterus into position. I'm so grateful I went to the therapy. Highly recommend it. I heard about it from a massage therapist/doula friend.
Forgot about TV!! I'm into top chef. And college basketball with my husband. And, game of thrones, gossip girl (just discovered on Netflix), and cut off watching housewives shows. Too much fighting.
Thanks for reading!

2. How long have you been TTC?
March 2012
3. Where are you in your cycle? If in the 2ww when will you test? ( Waiting to O, 2WW etc)
AF is about to arrive - today or tomorrow (D35 - longest cycle ever - RE nurse said due to failed IVF last month - can throw your next cycle off)
4. Experiencing any weird "phantom" symptoms ladies in your 2ww?
N/A
5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc)
Will consider this means my Feb cycle (IVF#2) hoping it goes well - anxious to start
QOTW:
What is your favorite TV show or series right now?
1. PrivateOne - CT
2. 4.5 years, since 2012 with an RE
3. This is a very difficult question this week. I had my baseline appt for my 2nd IVF on Monday in which I got the all clear to go ahead and began my injections that morning. Later that day I was called back by my nurse and told to stop everything because my hcg test came back positive at 292. I was floored. However, second beta yesterday was lower and now we start beta testing every other day. This is definitely a no go pregnancy, but gotta go through the motions to get back to zero. Hopefully it is quick and I can jump back to doing my IVF #2 with my next cycle.
4. LOL, didn't even know I was in a 2ww when I miraculoulsy conceived while on the pill which was prescribed as part of my ivf prep. I did have symptoms, but they are waning now that my levels are reducing.
5. F'ng pissed off, if you must know. I'm so old and can't take any more roadblocks while trying to have my first child. However, the bright side might be that now we have changed are minds and will do PGD testing. It just feels right especially after having two positive pregnancy betas that never really continued to go anywhere. I will have a consult with my RE about these two outcomes but testing I believe is the way to go. I can't handle another round and not have any answers when and if it fails.
QOTW:We actually watch quite a bit of TV and watch all kinds of genres. We go from Shameless to Downton Abbey to The Goldbergs to Game of Thrones without batting an eye. There's prolly not too many "popular" or unpopular shows that we don't watch. I have also been a long time Days of Our Lives watcher since I was a kid. The story lines are ridiculous (especially women who won't ever be able to conceive get pregnant at the drop of a hat), but I'm still a loyal fan.

1. Dragonfly1005, NC
2. Three long years
3. CD 69. 20 days past a Prometrium course and no period. Ugh.

5. This never-ending cycle needs to end.
What is your favorite TV show or series right now?
