    Symptoms: gas, heartburn, groin/pelvic pain, braxton hicks, snissing:| and that was just yesterday...

    Saw the OB today. We talked about getting the tdap vaccine and it looks like at least dh and I will be getting one. Tuesday is the big day (growth scan and 3D u/s)

    QOTD: I have a few favorites... Pride and Prejudice, Crazy Stupid Love, The Time Traveler's Wife, and Dangerous Beauty. I'm sure there are a few more that I love that I forgot to include.

    Morning!!

    I've been starting to crave spicy foods.. I don't care what it is but if it's spicy I want it lol

    I am 34 weeks as of yesterday so that is super exciting and we had our appointment yesterday. Dr said I'm not anymore dialated but he could tell by the exam that my cervix is even shorter than a week ago and pretty soft. He could feel how low the baby is at -1 position. He said his goal is go get me to 36 weeks and then I can deliver.. And baby most likely won't need NICU time. So crazy that our son could be here in 2 short weeks!! Dr also changed me over to Heparin 2x per day instead of Lovenox 1x per day and changed my dose of procardia from 4x per day to 3x per day. This is getting real :)

    My favorite romantic movie is the Notebook :) Ryan Gosling.. Do I need to say more :)

    @Ashley22089 Congrats on making it to 34 weeks!! FX that you get to 36 weeks. Also, Ryan Gossling = drool 8->

    Congrats @Ashley22089, that's a huge milestone!

    I'm now checking sugars 2x per day, fasting was great this morning at 84, so not sure where that 98 on my 3hr came from, I guess we'll see what the coming days bring. Post meal checks have been normal too.

    No more appts till next week, which if I get past next Friday will be more pregnant than I've ever been...

    Hi everyone.. hope you all are feeling well today.

    I saw my MFM this morning.  Cervical length is about the same, maybe back down to 1.8cm or so but no big change, so I guess that's good.  They also did a growth scan and said baby's abdomen hasn't grown as much as they would have expected from the last scan.  The baby's weight was fine (40th %ile) so overall she looks ok I guess.. The MFM said this and the cervix issues are all likely related, so not too unexpected, but something to watch.  So I will also be doing NSTs from now on.  Has anyone done these before?  I googled a bit but just curious about others' experiences.  I see my regular OB tomorrow morning.

    QOTD:  I'm not big on straight up romances, but I like romantic comedies.  I like Crazy Stupid Love, Dirty Dancing, Pretty Woman, Sex and the City (guilty pleasure), Devil Wears Prada (does that count as a rom-com?).. I'm sure there are others.

    @MissChanandlerBong overall sounds like good news? Cervix is still there and baby's gaining weight. I think the growth scans are so imperfect- our measurements have been kinda all over the place. I had 2x daily NSTs while in the hospital. They put me on a contraction monitor and fetal HR monitor and watched for 20 mins. I think sometimes they as you to note baby's movements also. They are pretty chill. Good luck!

    Yes, I think overall good news.  The fluid levels are still good so my OB said that is also a good indicator.  I think it's just something to keep an eye on, although it definitely freaked me out when she first said it!  Thanks for sharing your experience too :)
