Since I think the whole "you must post on thread check in X" is just annoying...
A pillow between your legs should help. You can also try yoga or stretching that targets your hips and low back. I also find sitting on an exercise ball instead of a chair a life saver.
On the cramping, sounds like you may need to up the water intake
You may be the first person in the history of pregnancy to have lower back pain. Crazy!!
I was thinking the same thing. No, I haven't experienced ANY back pain since week 8 at all! Glad I missed this symptom.....

Yes,OP, I am sure most of us have had this unfortunate symptom. Heating pad when it gets real bad.. Etc. I think it just comes along with the package. I've had cramping, too. Drinks lots of water.

When do you have the back pain? Is it all the time, only a certain times, etc.?
Some people do find the way you sleep can help. There are the obvious ways to treat it - heating pad, Tylenol if you're super desperate, even if that doesn't work often. I have a friend who sees a chiropractor when it happens during pregnancy.
Other posts linked you to a few other threads that might have some more advice, so if you want to join our community, I'd go there. Otherwise you might have luck consulting Dr. Google, or, if it's truly bad, your doctor.
