First Birthday Party Ideas

I know its a few months away, but I need to draw out the budget over quite a few pay checks. 
I have boys and I want a twin party, but not thing one and thing two... 

What did you do for birthday parties? Any pictures to share :)

    We're not having a twin themed party, we're doing The Very Hungry Caterpillar.  I'm having a party for my older son and the girls at the same time, since their b-days are exactly two weeks apart.  The theme is gender neutral and the menu is pretty well defined and simple.  Lots of ideas on pinterest too.

    TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!

    Last ditch FET resulted in BFP, and identical twin girls!

    Ours is going to be circus themed this year and will be a combination first birthday and third birthday party for ds1. I call them "my three-ring circus" all the time so it seems fitting :)
