Hello ladies. Just wanted to update on my situation! Following 3 attempts if induction, which failed as didn't go into labour, I had cesarean on Wednesday morning, Baby was born at 9 46 am and weighed 3.255 kg! He is nice and healthy and I am slowly recovering from the operation! It's quite hard as it's very painful to move around, especially getting off the bed n getting back is my biggest problem! They are going to take off the dressing Tmr, which I m so not looking forward to! But all in all baby is happy n healthy and so cute!
Congratulations! Try to get up and walking as much as you can, it will help your recovery tremendously (I had a c-section with DS1). Best wishes to your new family!
I had my RCS yesterday, Jan. 30th (my 3rd c/s) and I agree with trying to move around as much as you can. It will definitely help with your recovery and don't be afraid to take pain meds if you need them.
Married July 2008 IVF started Jan. 2013, 14 retrieved, 9 mature, 6 fertilized BFP #1: 3/18/13 MMC at 5 weeks BFP #2: 6/10/13 Thank God for our precious daughter! She's more than I could have asked for!
Thank you everyone! I got home on Monday and am resting and recovering well! Love Baby Agrym!! I hope all the ladies who have given birth are enjoying their precious moments with their babies and I wish all the mom-to-bes my best wishes! I loved being a part of Feb 14! Even though I gave birth on Jan, I very much am a part of Feb 14! All the love and support I got from this group is tremendous and will defo miss u all, we can still keep in touch though can't we via this group? Pls take care and here's a picture of Baby Agrym!
And oh yes, his weight was 3.255 kg and he was 20.5 inches long! Totally different from his 36 week scan which showed he was IUGR baby! Which prompted my doc to induce me at 38 weeks! Which followed the cesarean! So scans do lie!
