So I went to my first prenatal yoga class week and totally forgot about the whole taking off your shoes and socks part! I had not had a pedicure in quite some time! Not only was the toenail paint gone on about half my toes, but my heels looked horrible! Super dry and cracked, eww! So I went tonight and had a pedicure since my next class is tomorrow. They look a lot better but still super dry. I've been trying to remember to lotion up before bed and see if that helps.
It's my first yoga class ever so I hope to relax a little more tomorrow. Throughout the whole class I worried if I was doing the poses correctly. And it was really hard for me to clear my mind!! I was thinking what I had to do the when I got home and the next day, etc. I was going to chicken out of taking it but I'm glad I didn't. I think the stretching will be good for my back and hips.
