I had a chemical pregnancy last month. I got AF at the normal time and seem to be in my fertile week currently. Do I have an increase in fertility this month?!

Nope. Pretty sure there's not actually any evidence to support that even though plenty of people think it's a thing.
Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.
My doctor did not say that. I have heard both sides. I think for emotional reasons they tell you to wait. We are not "trying" now but we are not protecting either
I asked my OB about this after my CP. She said there is no medical evidence of this. I am on my 5th cycle since cp. Will be on 6th soon.
I'm sorry for your loss.

The good news is that you at least know you are capable of getting pregnant even if little bean didn't make it. So sorry about your loss, but I don't think there is any reason to not try again right away if thats what you want.

There really isn't any good news that comes from a chemical pregnancy or a loss. Even if you can get pregnant, you now worry about staying pregnant. Sometimes there is a reason to wait, and usually it is determined between you and your doctor. I know you are trying to be nice, but comments like these really aren't all that helpful and can be pretty upsetting.
You're right, sorry about that. Think I am projecting my own nerosis about not being able to get pregnant on other people...
For you guys that are still trying after your CP, did you go to the dr? are you doing anything extra? Taking anything extra? B6?
I just had my 1st cp and hopefully my last, I'm just trying to wrap my head around everything.
I did not see my dr, I just called. I informed them I had a BFP followed by a BFN the following day with a decent amount of bleeding. Ran a beta...way too low. My doc said no need to wait to TTC, nothing extra, just do what I've been doing. He said to let him know if the bleeding got excessive or any other abnormal symptoms occured. So I'm just doing PNV and an iron supplement I've always taken because I'm chronically anemic (doctor prescribed).

This. Staying pregnant is just as important as getting pregnant. OP I would just follow what ever your Dr says. I do not believe that woman are any more fertile after a loss than before. There is a 20% chance each month to get pregnant for a healthy woman, no way around it as far as I can tell. Good luck and I am so sorry for your loss!

slappalicious - I had just read that several people thought taking extra b6 helps the uterine lining. I'm not planning on taking anything aside from the PNV I've been taking. I guess I'm having a hard time swallowing the fact that this just happened.
I hesitate in the future to do the early testing - I did wait until the day i was due for AF, but I suppose I should have waited even longer.
I just wasn't sure if this was something I should make an appointment about? Do I need to get levels tested after the 1st time I realized this happened? I know you aren't doctors, I was just curious as to how other people handled this.

I posted up above. I had a CP last month. Call your doctor...he/she will inform you what needs to be done if anything. Usually, it is nothing that requires intervention

I had an ectopic and was told by the nurse that you are more fertile 3-6 months after? Who knows though.
I found this article which was kind of interesting:
