Random: we are back to diapers and everyone seems ao much happier. I guess we will try again in another month or so.

Random: Week for of insanity is kicking my butt and i am having so many bad cravings. Friday is the end of month one and i plan on celebrating with a massage and some pizza before starting the recovery week.

Random: I've become addicted to Pretty Little Liars on Netflix. I'm 32 years old; I shouldn't be watching this teeny bopper show, yet I'm hooked!

Vent: I've been super sick all week and its not letting up. wah. I'm tired of being a useless parent and having a messy house. vent 2: there's a snow day today. we had a nice routine yesterday--ds and i played board games while dd went to school, rested with dd when she got home, did some coloring and play doh when she woke up and only had to use the tv as a babysitter for the last 90 minutes until dh got home. Today and tomorrow both kids are home all day which means i pretty much have to defer all parenting to Disney jr. wah. aw: ds has been super sweet rubbing my back and doing his chores without being reminded.

DS2 actually let me change his diaper this morning without thrashing around and screaming at me or trying to stick his hands in his poop. Hoping this continues.

I'm making candied bacon right now. Half is going on my fried egg and sriracha sandwich. The other half I will be stuffing in my mouth the second it's out of the oven. Mmm.

We have been stuck in the house for the better part of a week and a half now, minus one trip to the grocery store last weekend. Everyday it's either snowing and preschool is closed and we can't get out of our driveway, or I have a kid to sick to take out....I am about to lose. my. mind. All I need is a trip to Target or something, is that too much to ask?? *ugly cry*

@AimeeL85.....I so hear you. That was us this past week....everyone was sick and the weather was lousy, and my mom who usually comes to visit (or we visit her) a couple times a week also had the flu. She's finally better and I brought the babies to her house and to the grocery store yesterday....first time out (besides church) in over a week....it was amazing just getting out of here!! And of course, now we're getting another blizzard....boo :-P

@peacelove&mama....I thought my LOs were the only ones impossible for diaper changes. Glad I'm not alone.

Vent: It had just gotten quiet upstairs when I checked the monitor....all of a sudden both LOs popped up and started playing again (even though they're yawning and playing at the same time). I'm glad they're happy, but seriously....this morning-nap fighting is getting old. I wonder if they're transitioning to just one nap.....I don't know if I'm ready for that yet!!

Random: Donald Duck is really hard to understand in Spanish.

I want to soooo badly but can't! Our driveway is awful, if I try to go down it with even a dusting of snow I will lose total control of the car. I have to wait until DH is done working to snowblow it which takes over an hour and by then it's dinnertime!

Little man slept in, or so I thought. When I went in there to get him up he is standing in his crib with no pants and no diaper on. He had peed everywhere in bed. We had to do a quick shower while I put all his bedding into the washer.

I really hope it was a one time thing

I had the best breakfast this am- scrambled eggs with red pepper flakes, avocado, and sriracha.

Z is obsessed with clementines. She would eat 5 in a sitting if I let her.

Randoms: DS has been Q tip painting for nearly an hour now. I should stop him, clean him up, and put him to bed, but he is having fun. I'll give him a little longer.

Aw: I ran this morning even with the snow storm! Also our neighbor just blew the snow at the end of our drive for us. He is so sweet. :x

I stopped drinking Pepsi 10 days ago, right before we moved permanently back to Canada. Last night I had a really weird dream that I was drinking Pepsi all night. I quit cold turkey. At this point I was drinking over a liter a day. I have dropped 5 pounds since I quit. I exchanged Pepsi for water.

DD has her first crush. She made him a bracelet tonight and wants to give him a special valentine card. Apparently they have staring contest at school also. She said he started it but she likes it because he is so cute so she likes staring at him. It's kind of cute to watch/listen to her talk about it.
