I have jumpers, need some ideas

My boys are jumper. They jump all day. From stairs, chairs, beds, couches, you name it they will jump it.
One of my jumper previously broke his elbow at 3 yrd old. This Saturday he jumped off the desk chair and broke his arm.
We've tried blocking the most dangerous areas. We have a small trampoline that they no longer use and are planning on getting an outdoor one this spring.
The behavior therapist at school suggested ankle weight. I'm going to give it a try but I can see him ripping it off ASAP.

I need some ideas on how to handle this.

Btw, his jumping is based on sounds or music. If he's watching something he will jump at a certain part of the show. If he's playing a game that makes a noise he jumps at a certain part. It's like an OCD stim combo.

TIA

ZEIDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I'm so happy to see you, mama!!!!  I feel like I found a long lost friend. :)

Sorry, no advice on the jumping.  My girls stopped doing that around three.  Maybe it's a boy thing.
