How often are you guys wearing your LO? I have a Britax carrier that I use every few days, but am thinking of using it while he naps. For now he naps in the RNP.
Pretty much all day long. Whenever he's not breastfeeding he's being worn by me or DH. If he's alert and happy (which is happening more and more lately!), we'll put him in the swing or bouncer to hang out. But he only lasts about 30 minutes in there before he wants to be picked up again.
I have the ergo and moby. I use the ergo and love it. I use it primarily when we leave the house. ( which is almost everyday) Although, I have used the moby around the house. Right now my mom has been at my house everyday, so I have an extra set of hands to pass the baby to during the day and dh at night.
@jackapatamus we have the ergo and the insert also, but she just doesn't seem like she fits right in there. She's 7 lbs 9 ozs so I know she fits, the first few times u put your little one in there, did it seem odd? Maybe we just gotta keep practicing to put her in.

@cnctf dd is about 8 -3 and 21 inches. She fits good, I put her into the insert, and she loves it. I practiced at home and In the mirror, so that I could latch it with out help. It's a pretty snug fit- is she not fitting into the insert well- or is the insert not fitting into the ergo well? Eta spelling
I wear her in the ergo whenever we leave the house, so a few times a week. I've been wearing her in the Moby at home more and more lately, maybe an hour a day.
@cnctf. Maybe practice with a 2 liter bottle of soda in the insert? Is your bottom clip tight enough? I'm sure with a bit more practice it'll fit well. Maybe see if there are any you tube videos? That's how I figured my moby out!
I wear DS2 in my Manduca (like an Ergo) when we are out at a store. He passes out within a couple minutes of me walking around with him in it. I wore him around the house today for the first time. I was testing out whether I could eat dinner with him in it, typically he wants to nurse and be held during supper hours. He did sleep so it was nice to get to eat with both hands. I put the hood up over his head to protect him from food dropping off my fork.

I also wear my baby at the store, as well as when I am vacuuming, doing laundry, cooking, eating, etc. I love the idea of putting the hood up! I was eating the samples at Costco and I was worried that I was going to spill all over her head.
DH has a Beco he uses for walks, and a ring sling for around the house. I have a K'tan that I use at least once a day. LO's probably worn for 2 hours daily around the house between the two of us.
Since we live so far from civilization, every time we go somewhere it's at least an hour and a half drive, so I usually nurse him upon arrival and then put him in the K'tan for the actual outing, as opposed to the car seat. Last night, he konked out in there for two hours while DH and I had drinks and dinner, waiting to pick up a friend at the airport.

I have a Moby and an Ergo. I have been using the Moby but am going to try the Moby today. Usually I use it when we go to a store but also around the house when my 3 year old wants a little more attention.
Can I just ask though if he sleeps in the RNP why you switch and begin him sleeping on you?
It was just something I was thinking of for when he is gassy and wakes up a ton because of it. I was hoping that maybe him being close to me would help him when he is having tummy troubles.

We haven't really used our carriers yet.
