Waiting

Alexis has an infection again. We took her to the doctor again on Monday and they finally decided to culture the spots. They said it would take 48 hours to get results, but they were not sure if they got enough pus to determine anything. 48 hours would be this afternoon, but we had almost everything shut down yesterday due to snow, so I don't know if we will find out today and it is driving me crazy. Once they find out what it is maybe we can get rid of it for good. She is currently on her 5th (at least) round of antibiotics. This time he is having us do antibiotics for two weeks, then a week off, then another round of antibiotics.

    I'm sorry! I haven't been around so I don't know the back story, but I had loads of infections back to back in college and it ended up just being that I needed to be on the meds for a bit longer, so hopefully the two week course will help!
