Natural potty chair cleaner ??

Starting potty training with my toddler and wondering if anyone one uses a homemade clear for their potty seat bowl? After he goes I usually rinse the little bowl with the diaper spayer into the toilet then was wiping out with disinfectant wipe. I would love to stop using the Lysol kind and make our own but don't know if the vinegar/Castile soap cleaners I make and use in the rest of the house are strong enough to disinfect the the potty seat? I.m paranoid about e.coli and other poopy type germs....
