Since I was actually in a cooking mood tonight- I made our favorite dish- Mexican stuffed shells! They're so good!!

Last night I made Hawaiian chicken. It was a Pinterest recipe that I kind of altered otherwise I would add the link. Can't see it, but there was rice on the bottom, too.

I'm so proud of myself for making lamb chops last night (sorry didn't take a picture). They were on sale so I figured let's give it a try. I was a little concerned about how I was going to cook them given that I don't have an outdoor grill, or a grill pan for the stove, but I put them under the broiler and they came out great. Even 14m old DD couldn't get enough. I will definitely have to buy more of them next time.

Well mine does not involve creativity in the kitchen but... I've been craving cookie dough for a long time but I've been resisting because of the raw eggs. My local grocery store just started carrying this! Edible cookie dough! It was on Shark Tank and made in a neighboring town and you best believe I went and bought some last night... Amazing!!

No picture but my coworker brought me a strawberries and cream pie from McDonalds this morning. She is spoiling baby already!
