Hypnobabies home or hypnobirthing class?

I have the choice of either doing the hypnobirthing classes or hypno babies home study. Which would you choose and why? This is my second child. First was an emergency csection. My ob is all for a vbac.

I have done Hypnobabies. My due date is tomorrow so I have yet to use it during the actual birth but so far it has worked wonders for me. I am not nervous or anxious about birth, it has really helped me relax during pregnancy, so for those reasons I am happy I went with Hypnobabies!
