Looks like it's time for me to say goodbye

My doctor hasn't confirmed a loss yet, but I know it's happening. I started spotting Sunday, and since last night the bleeding has gotten much heavier with lots of cramping. When I went in on Monday because of the spotting they did an ultrasound, and at 7 weeks there was only a gestational sac so the doctor said I must be closer to 5 weeks. I was charting my temps when TTC, so I know that's not possible. I go for follow up blood work today & then I'm sure the doctor will confirm my fears. At this point I'm back and forth between calm, knowing there's nothing I can do, and a hysterical mess.

I wish the absolute best for you all in the rest of your pregnancies! I enjoyed my short time here with all of you, thanks for having me

I'm so sorry to hear this. I remember this feeling all too well. If you're interested, check out the miscarriage/pregnancy loss board. I found it helped me vent and heal while I dealt with both of my miscarriages. The girls there are very supportive.

I am so sorry. This is similar to what happened to me last time. I was 7 weeks and they said I looked like I was five weeks. Just remember you are not alone.
