I just moved to El Paso because the dh was stationed at Ft Bliss! I have noticed there are no places here that offer pregnancy exercise classes or anything like it. Does anyone know of one?!

    Which side of town are you on? You may have more luck if you're willing to travel to the West Side.

    This sounds weird- the massage lady at the px is always telling me about one of her friends who does a FREE yoga class for pregnant ladies. She's very nice and easy to talk to. I'm sure if you ask her she could give you a number or something! I know she works mornings on the weekends. Lol sorry if this doesn't help!

    I don't know if they have classes specifically for pregnant women, but soto gym on east bliss has exercise classes every day. I would occasionally do the zumba class during my first pregnancy. I would also go there to just walk the track upstairs. just another option :)
