Baby acne

My little mans cheeks are breaking out.

Do any of you use something on their face?

He will be a month old on Thursday.

I usually just use breastmilk (if breast feeding) or I will use hydrocortisone cream. Just a little tiny bit goes a long way. It will also clear up on its own if you put nothing on it.

My daughter has spots on her cheeks. I was told they will clear up on their own

Yup, if you leave it alone, it should clear up. Don't pop them, but I heard little breast milk can help.

I just wipe his face with a wet washcloth in the mornings.

Breastmilk is a cure-all. It help clear up baby acne, scratches, red spots etc and if babys nose is congested squirting some up each nostril help clear them out (better than saline spray)

Can they get it on their chest too? Little man has some spots on his chest that are the sane as what pops up on his cheeks some.
