QOTW: It's been freezing lately and lots of us have been getting pounded by the winter weather. Let's think of warmer weather! If you could go on an all-expense paid trip to anywhere in the world, where would you go? Why? Would you go alone, with DH, family, babies...?

    Week/Fruit: 38 weeks, a pumpkin!

    Updates: had my appt. this morning and LO is head down but not engaged. no other changes since last week but they're estimating she'll be about 7 lbs when she's born. (my practice only does a growth scan if they think something is wrong with LO.) other than that, just lots of nesting. I think I've reorganized every single closet in the house, washed everything, and am ready for her to come!

    Symptoms: same old, same old. getting super uncomfy and so anxious for her to be here!!

    QOTW: I've always wanted to tour Europe but DH did this on one of his R&R's while deployed. I think I'd want to do that or be really boring and go back to the Sandal's resort in Antigua where we went for our honeymoon. It was amazing!! I think I'd want to bring my whole family though (not DH's haha) because they have a lot of excursions and stuff to do. plus, warm!

    Week/Fruit: 39/ Watermelon

    Updates: Nothing new to report.  Just playing the waiting game now.  

    How are you feeling? Symptoms? The heartburn still sucks, and BH are as annoying as ever. Overall I'm not bad, just really, really uncomfortable.

    QOTW: I really don't know.  I would definitely want to go somewhere warm, but I don't know exactly where that would be.  I'd want DH there, because I would get bored and lonely without him.  Maybe a cruise would be nice.  Anywhere that is warmer than where I am now would be awesome!

    Updates/Appointments/Milestones: Had a false labor episode that started during the Super Bowl and lasted for over 8 hours. The contractions were painful and got up to 5 1/2 mins and just as we were about to head to the hospital they started to space out. I guess LO was just kidding, but man was I disappointed to go through all that for nothing :( Boo for false labor, that shit hurts!!

    How are you feeling? Symptoms? Feeling huge and uncomfortable and back/hips hurts. Ready to be done!

    QOTW: I would opt for a European tour to France, Greece and Italy! I have always wanted to visit and use my French and Italian. I would love to go with DH and our LO when he is a bit older to enjoy it.

    WEEK/FRUIT:  39 weeks/watermelon

    UPDATES/APPOINMENTS/MILESTONES: Broke out in a rash on Saturday night, went for my weekly appointment yesterday to find out that I have PUPPs.  Thankfully, it just started because the itching is so unbearable that I've contemplated saying yes to induction this week.   EDD is one week a way, I keep telling myself to hang in there!   Hopefully I don't go too far past my due date or I might go crazy....

    HOW ARE YOU FEELING? SYMPTOMS?  Besides being a nasty, rashy, itchy mess I still have crazy heartburn.  The bionic fatigue has also set back in which stinks because I never got the nesting urge. 

     

    QOTW:  I would love to go to Europe.  We have traveled to Mexico 8 times, Dominican Repbulic twice, Jamaica, Canada, and throughout the United States.  However, we have never been to Europe because it is difficult for me to take off work for more than 5 or 6 days at a time.  I would definitely want to bring DH, but maybe leave LO with the grandparents unless she was old enough to appreciate and enjoy the trip.

    Week/Fruit (and EDD if it's not listed above):  38 weeks/pumpkin

    Updates/Appointments/Milestones: At my OB last week I was 1 1/2 cm dilated and 70% effaced.  Also have had some contractions for the past couple of days, nothing timeable or regular though.  I'm pretty sure my body is prepping in the usual TMI ways as well...

    How are you feeling? Symptoms? Horrible heartburn, bad back and hip aches, some contractions, tons of BH, super tired...started nesting over the weekend also.

    QOTW: It's been freezing lately and lots of us have been getting pounded by the winter weather. Let's think of warmer weather! If you could go on an all-expense paid trip to anywhere in the world, where would you go? Why? Would you go alone, with DH, family, babies...?  Someplace really warm...I'm thinking Caribbean...maybe Jamaica?  Or the Virgin Islands...I'd definitely take DH, and LO as well (in my fantasy world LO will be a perfect baby and will be able to go on vacation without being any trouble at all)  :D

    Week/Fruit (and EDD if it's not listed above): 40 weeks/Jackfruit (whatever that is)

    Updates/Appointments/Milestones: Spent part of Saturday in L&D, only to be sent home to see if labor progressed more- it didn't. Came back from my appointment today and even though I have been having lots of BH/contractions no cervical change is noticeable. My midwife did a membrane sweep today so I am hoping that will kick things into gear. I am scheduled for a NST and U/S next week. If things look good LO will be allowed to keep baking for another week. If things look dicey then I will be induced next Tuesday...so either way LO will be coming out by the 18th at the latest. 

    How are you feeling? Symptoms? I range from feeling super depressed that LO is not on the outside yet, to not caring anymore and feeling very zen about the whole thing, to feeling like LO won't come out until she is ready to graduate from High School. 

    QOTW: It's been freezing lately and lots of us have been getting pounded by the winter weather. Let's think of warmer weather! If you could go on an all-expense paid trip to anywhere in the world, where would you go? Why? Would you go alone, with DH, family, babies...? I would go to Bora Bora, because that is where DH and I would have loved to go for our honeymoon but it was way too expensive. So it would be a late honeymoon as we ended up never going on one. I would definitely take DH and LO because like @rosebud1308 in this fantasy LO would be a perfect baby and be ready to go on vacation right now.

    Week/Fruit: 38 weeks, a pumpkin O_O that seems awfully big.

    Updates/Appointments/Milestones: Having my 38week appt tomorrow, nothing special I don't think, she may have dropped a little but that might be wishful thinking...

    How are you feeling/symptoms? Still having vertigo, which means no going back to work for me >_< I feel lame for being off work because of dizziness but at the same time i'm so awkward and uncomfortable I don't know if I'd be able to get any work done.

    QOTW: All expenses paid trip- where would you go? Honestly DH and I want nothing more than to take a trip to Ireland and Scotland. Since this is our First LO i'm not sure what I would do with her on a trip O_o She's definitely going to change everything!
