Air Force Silver Flag

Anyone attend Silver Flag at Tyndall AFB? The reason I'm asking is I'm scheduled to go in the end of March. I'll be 14 weeks at the time. My UDM says I'm fine to go because the work I'll be doing is all paperwork and light weight stuff. Only my supervisor knows so far and she's out on con leave for another week so I haven't discussed this with her. And I was hoping to get the opinion of someone who's gone. My main concern is eating MREs for a week. That can't be healthy for a baby, so much sodium! I know that's not a military justification, but what if something happens and I have to be sent home that's a waste of money for the AF.
