I am 7 weeks pregnant today and couldn't be more excited. I suffered a miscarriage at 7-8 weeks two years ago, so emotionally, I'm in a fragile state right now. BUT, I have been working hard to envision a healthy pregnancy and baby and to appreciate every symptom I've been experiencing this time around. I had an ultrasound at 6 wks and 2 days where I saw my little peanut and it's heartbeat (119) and the tech was even able to let me hear the heartbeat (which I didn't get to do with my first pregnancy). I was experiencing some spotting about an hour after I had a chiropractic adjustment, which is why I had an earlier-than-normal u/s. I had also had a cervix exam the day before, so we chalked it up to a sensitive cervix. I've had a little brown spotting since then, but no blood or cramping. My next u/s is Tuesday, which feels like an eternity!
Symptoms so far: bloating (especially by days end), very sore boobs, twinges of nausea, extreme fatigue (some days), dizziness, and mood swings. I'm on progesterone suppositories, so hard to tell what symptoms those are responsible for. OH and just started having so crazy dreams!!
How are you other 7+ weekers doing?!?!
Re: Late September Due Dates- Mine is the 23rd...what symptoms are you experiencing?
Other than that Ive been feeling pretty good. My boobs havent been all that sore and Ive only been queasy 2 times in the last week or so. For me the biggest thing Ive had has been a sore back and hips the last week or so.
Good luck! T&P for a healthy happy 9 months to you and your baby

That's my due date too! 7 weeks today :-)
So far I've just had very tender breasts, some fatigue, bloat for sure and only (thankfully) one day of nausea with a few recent days where some foods just ddn't look appealing at all (and I love pretty much all food!). There may have been some Grumpy McGrumperson hormones happening last night as well :-p
My first u/s isn't until the 14th (yay Valentine's day!). It's so hard being patient to see and hear that little baby especially since this is my first pregnancy and it just doesn't really feel real yet and I'm uncertain what to expect. Slowly gathering info here and on other sources though :-)
Sounds like yours is fairly typical, and remember that each pregnancy is different. Enjoy it!

ha! i hear ya, sister!
My boobs hurt like hell (and my nipples have gotten bigger? they didn't need that!).
I'm hungry often but can't always eat as much as I usually do. If I don't have a snack on hand I start feeling dizzy.
Actually "feeling vaguely lousy" is the pretty big one right now. Very little full out nausea, no vomiting, but just a lot of...blargh.
And of course, I want to nap, FOREVER.
baby #3 arrived in September 2014...cannot get ticker to work no matter what I try!
FX for a healthy and uneventful pregnancy ;-)
