So I got the custody paperwork from the court last Friday.  Even though we never discussed it in court I have sole physical and legal custody and parenting time is currently reserved.  Woot! Woot!

However, my attorney sucks ass.  I don't think he knew what he was doing in court (he was looking some stuff up on the web while we were waiting) and he barely said anything when we were in front of the judge.  I mean, I am sure things were going to be pretty set the way things currently stand, but still.  He could have made me at least feel a little bit like I wasn't flushing money down the toilet.  I contacted him about another matter last Wednesday and, even though his paralegal says he'll get back with me, he still hasn't.  But I bet he had a good time skiiing on Friday (I know people who are friends with him on facebook).  I really really want to call and ask for my final bill but the second I do something else will come up and I'll probably need him.  Jerk!  I want the good attorney but BD had him first.  Jerk!  Maybe I'll call around to see if I can find someone else.  Surely there are two asshole attorneys in this town that you'd want on your side.
