Was your pregnancy different boy vs girl? (salsawifey)

For those Mommy's of both boys and girls, was your pregnancies very different? I've had two boys and this pregnancy is so far going the same. I suspect another boy but only based on symptoms. I'm just wondering if anyone had a similar experience by actually had the opposite gender. We will of course be overjoyed with whatever our baby is, but I know our family is rooting for a girl.

[/RA with Sjogren's Syndrome. Risk of heart block in newborn. Age: DH and I are both 38.
BFP #1: 11/25/2007, EDD 7/28/2008 - Missed m/c (blighted ovum) 12/6/2007 6w3d, D&C 1/3/2008.
BFP #2: 4/2008 - Natural m/c at 6w.
Met with RE in 5/2008 full cycle analysis and SA normal. Not considered high risk for blood clots but prescribed 1 baby aspirin a day precautionary during TTC and Progesterone suppositories during 1st trimester of pregnancy.
BFP #3: 10/17/2008. EDD 6/23/2009,  Third time's the charm! Healthy baby boy born 6/27/2009 via emergency c-section.
BFP #4: 6/14/2011. Healthy baby boy born 2/16/2012 via elective c-section.
BFP #5: 1/15/2014. EDD 9/22/2014. 2/17/14:.We have a BABY!!! Heart rate 167 and measuring on time. 3/10/14 u/s #2 baby measuring perfectly at 12 weeks at heart rate of 166. NT u/s was normal. Maternit21 blood draw on 3/5/14. Results back on 3/19 - Normal.  It's a BOY!!!  4/10/14 at 16 weeks, 3 days discovered baby's heart stopped at 15 weeks, 6 days. D&C 4/11/14.  Pathology results were all normal.  New information on 8/11/14 - blood test revealed 1/3 of babys blood was in mine caused, most likely, by a tear in the placenta from extreme coughing.  Doctor believes this to be the cause of death.  Repeat D&C and Hysteroscopy scheduled for 8/19/14.  My Chart

    Well I can weigh in on the opposite side! This pregnancy is nothing like mine with DS1! I had m/s pretty badly with DS, horrible fatigue, heartburn, I showed really early and got HUGE (was always measuring 2 weeks ahead). I am having another boy and I've had zero m/s and most days don't feel pregnant at all. I didn't show nearly as early even though it's a second baby and I'm measuring right on track if not smaller (belly-wise). It's the weirdest thing how different they have been.

    Yes, but I chalked it up to my age and other factors more than gender.  With DS I had no morning sickness, felt great up until around 8 months (but for falling and hitting my head on the pavement one day, for those of you who remember that adventure on PgAL).  With DD I was queasy most every day from about 6 weeks on, was absolutely exhausted and achy.  DD was just a few ounces heavier than DS and was breech as he was, so the size and position of baby was the same.

    Very different.  With DS I had some nausea, but didn't throw up very often and it quit around 16 weeks.  This pregnancy I threw up regularly until after 20 weeks, the killer heartburn started at implantation, and my migraines have been a nightmare.  With DS I wanted salty snacks all the time, I couldn't get enough pickles and olives.  With this pregnancy I want sweet, especially fruit juice which I almost never drink not pregnant.

    Pretty similar but some slight differences. No m/s in either pregnancy.
    Girl: acne, yeast infections, dandruff! Craved donuts, frozen yogurt, and green chile. :)
    Boy: none of the other stuff, but really dry/sensitive skin. Craving salty stuff and asian food.

    BFP: 7/5/10   EDD: 3/13/11  Miscarriage 8/1/10 at 8 weeks

    BFP: 10/30/10   EDD: 7/7/11   Born 7/11//11 7lb12oz, 20 in.

    BFP: 7/30/13  EDD: 4/9/14 Born right on time on his due date! 8lb10oz, 21.5 in.

    Up until the a/s I was convinced I was having another boy because my symptoms were the same. I was completely stunned when we found out it was a girl! However, the last two months I had worse heartburn and severe carpal tunnel but I attributed that to getting a new iPhone (the carpal tunnel, not the heartburn, LOL).
