So, as always, DH procrasinated on purchasing Christmas gifts this year. So I get home from work and he leaves to go out shopping at 4pm. Around 6pm he calls me to say that he is on his way home.

Well, it's freezing rain right now and the expressway is shut down. Where is my DH, yup! stuck on the expressway. He said that he moved a foot in about 2 hours. Ha!

I said, well if you went out earlier when the weather was nicer, you wouldn't be in the situation you are in. The bad part is that he can see our exit, but can't get into the median since truckers all pulled over.

Wonder when he will pull in tonight.

He did joke that he should have brought wrapping paper and tape with him so he could at least wrap the presents that he bought tonight. Too funny!!
