Daycare or preschool?

So after 4 years I am going back to work. Super excited! I am using a nanny til we move. Once we move I a, debating between putting my almost 3 yr old in daycare or a traditional preschool and hire a nanny to pick up? I also have a daughter who is in school so I wasn't sure if I should do after school program or nanny dr her too? I am stuck and nervous cause will it be easy to even hire a nanny when we move right away? Yikes so much on my plate and I was just curious what your opinions are?

    Most daycares in my area have traditional preschool curriculum, so there really is no difference between daycare and preschool other than the cost and hours. I prefer having my kids in daycare. Many of the schools will also bus the kids to daycare after school so your older dd might be able to go from school to the DC for after care and then you could pickup both kids at the same place.
    If I were you, I would start looking at what the daycares in your area offer and how much they cost, then research cost of preschools and nannys.
