I know most doctors tell you to wait 6-8 weeks in order to work out and take it slow. However, my doctor told me that he wants me to walk to help my c-section scar heal. Well... There's currently 6 inches of snow on the ground and it's currently 30 degrees out, so not walking outside. It's still snowing, so we are pretty much trapped in here.
DH and I purchased a treadmill before DS was born. If I'm walking ridiculously slow (think 2.5 mph), think it is okay? I have a call in to my OB and am awaiting a response. Just curious what you guys would do. I am feeling okay (the difference a week makes!) and really itching to get back on my treadmill.

I wish you could've seen my face when I read this. When I was doing 30DS to prep for my wedding, I felt like I was dying doing it. I can't even fathom doing it 3 weeks pp. You are braver than me. My goal is just to be able to do C25K at some point.
