Mon- chili dogs w leftover chili, Tues- Turkey tacos with rice and black beans, Wed- business dinner, Thurs- turkey dogs, Fri- pizza and salad or leftover tacos, depending on mood, Sat-out to dinner.
M-- chili T- breakfast for dinner after music class W- Fish tacos Th- Mozzarella sticks and tomato soup F- pasta w/white beans and sausage S- pork fried rice, broccoli, egg rolls
Monday- leftovers from super bowl dinner Tuesday- salad w chicken tenders and, walnuts and grapefruit Wednesday- scrambled eggs Thursday- curried lentils with tomatoes and pitas Friday- grilled cheese with goat cheese and tomato
Tuesday- NY strips on the grill and baked sweet potatoes
Wednesday- salmon with roasted brussell sprouts and redskin potatoes
Thursday- chicken parmesan with risotto and mixed greens salad
Friday- not sure...leftovers, pizza, or maybe something easy like cheeseburgers on the grill.
Saturday/Sunday- I have requested DH make ribs! Other than that, it's up to him. But we always have one breakfast that is bacon and eggs and another that is pancakes, waffles, or french toast; and usually 1 lunch out and about.
