Hi ladies,
I'm new here... I miscarried in December (my first pregnancy) and just found out yesterday that I am pregnant again. I thought I'd be excited and that I was ready to do this again, but really I've just been a mess for the last 24 hours. Terrified and overwhelmed seems to be more accurate. I'm pretty sure my husband thinks I've lost my mind.
I know I'm never going to be as naively excited as I was the first time, but I guess I'm just hoping I can get to a place to be a bit more hopeful.
Looking forward to getting to know some of you

Be gentle with yourself. It's ok to cry. Take it one day and one appointment at a time.

I completely understand what you are going through. My anxiety is through the roof as well...I am terrified to be happy and look forward to things but dont want to be negative at the same time. One day at a time.
Currently...everytime I go to the bathroom and dont see any blood, I look at that as a success.

Are you having your betas drawn? For me, it helped a lot and each tiny bit of positive news I got helped me. My doctor's office has been great with giving me a little extra TLC for me since I'm also coming off a recent loss. I'm still nervous as hell, but some days are better than others.
Take care of yourself and just take it one day at a time!
