How much have you lost so far (start where you wanna!)? I gained 18 pounds with dd and i lost it all right after having her so im back to pre pregnancy weight. But i Started January 4th and have lost 8 lbs
What's your motivation? My SIL motivated me, she lost 100 pounds and kept telling me not to lose weight for anybody else but myself and finally I decided "I" wanted to be confident,"I" wanted to be able to wear clothes that I was never able to wear. I always said I was going to lose weight but honestly I wasn't giving it my all or anything. But now I'm doing it for me and I will get to my goal weight this time.
What's your eating plan like? I eat healthier. I always eat breakfast (which I didn't before). They say to eat small things in between meals and I have been doing that. If I eat or know im going to eat something high in sodium or calories I do portion control and always excercise to even it out. I cook more as well and I have learned a lot of easy healthy recipes. And all I drink now is water. I do drink a protein shake though lol
What's your exercise plan like?
I workout 6 times a week. I've been doing insanity, Jillian michaels, I go to our gym now and I'm focusing on my arms now too. I keep changing routine up so my body doesn't get used to it. Insanity is really good though so is Jillian michaels
What's your biggest struggle?
Sweets. I have such a hard time with that.
ETA: Also using My fitness pal has helped a lot and my husband
How much have your lost so far? Nothing, zilch, nada, goose egg
What's your motivation? I want to wear shorts this summer and a bathing suit and not be embarrassed. Plus we have a bunch of weddings coming up.
What's your eating plan like? Right now it's not great. Starting Monday I'm doing a cleansing style diet for 15 days then probably going to do WW.
Exercise plan? Mixture if Jillian Michaels DVDs and in going to start the 30 day plank, squat, push-up challenge. After that I'll see where my fitness level is.
Biggest struggles: BFing. The second I try to cut calories my supply tanks. I think I'm at a place where I need to do something for me to be happy, not base everything around the pump. He's taking less BM at this point and I'm ok if he needs to have a formula bottle here and there. Plus I think he'll be happier having a mom who will jump in the pool with him more than he'll miss a few bottles of BM.
How much have you lost so far (start where you wanna!) As of two weeks ago I have lost 7.5lbs. I am eating more to slow the weightloss even though it wasn't drastic. (Recommended by the Weight Watchers rep who said I should aim for slower weightloss while breastfeeding.)
What's your motivation? Feeling better.
What's your eating plan like? I am on Weight Watchers so I eat anything I want. I had pizza yesterday.
I eat several meals and plenty of snacks. I make sure to have a lot of veggies and fruits cut up and ready to eat.
What's your exercise plan like? My exercise plan has not begun. I am walking more and I will be starting to actually exercise after I have been to the doctor. I need new inhalers etc.
What's your biggest struggle? Chocolate, candy, chips, baking, pizza...basically controlling how much of everything I eat. I love food and I am happy I don't have to give anything up but I have a hard time not having as much chocolate as I want when I want it.

It seems so difficult but in reality I am eating more food now than before, but much healthier food for the most part.

What's your motivation?
All of the clothes in my closet. Wanting to be in pictures with my kids. Feeling good about myself.
What's your eating plan like?
Eating healthy. Reduce junk snacks
What's your exercise plan like?
My goal is to work out 4-5 times a week. I've been trying to do HIIT and tabata intervals along with some weights to get the most workout in a short time.
What's your biggest hurdle?
Mindless snacking. Getting motivated to work out when I would rather relax.

3. What's your motivation? Not being the fattest person i know...looking good in a bikini etc.
4. What's your eating plan like? I made myself a checklist and if I complete my checklist for a month I get a Zumba Kinect game
5. What's your exercise plan like? I try to exercise for @least 5 minutes a day. I work on pushups and squats and will be adding in planks soon.
6. What's your biggest struggle? Sticking with something. I can do something for a month or two but usually give up if I don't see results. I'm hoping my checklist will help me stay with it.

Ive been asked to be the maid of honor in a August wedding. The dress is not flattering at all.
Whats your meal plan?
Cutting out refined sugar and carbs, eating more lean protein and drinking alot more water.

I joined a gym and have been walking for a hr each night. I hope ti work up to running. I need to do more core exercise.

Not over indulging. And not giving up

What's your motivation? I want to feel better about myself. Plus... Hopefully I have an easier time getting pregnant and then a healthier pregnancy.
What's your eating plan like? Shake in the morning, healthy lunch, grilled chicken for dinner... Plus, less sugar and caffeine.
What's your exercise plan like? I'm going to start jogging 3 days / week and them some HIIT and core work the other days. I may also try to take LO for a 30 min walk each day during lunch.

What's your motivation? Summer, I don't want to have glad buy new clothes and carry all this weight into another pregnancy.
What's your eating plan like? I have a shake for breakfast, fruit and yogurt for morning snack, salad and protein for lunch and a sensible supper. I have cut out most sugar (except my daily small mocha) and just crappy food. I've no longer been hitting the drive thru.
What's your exercise plan like? I do T25 everyday. 25 minutes of torture but its quick and I can do it at home.
What's your biggest struggle? To keep going when your barely loosing anything. I often find myself asking myself "what's the point? It's not working."

I have at least 3 weddings to attend this year and would like to look good for them.
eating more healthy, cut back on sweets and breads, add more fruits and veggies
as of now I would like to start out with 30day shred and then when the weather gets nice again to re-start C25k I ran 2 5k pre-pregnancy and would like to get back into shape to do those again.
finding time, I should be able to schedule out 20mins a day with no problems I just need to find when to do it
--How much weight do you want to lose?
I gained quite a bit of weight being on domperidone for 4+ months, so I would like to lose all of that & some. 45 lbs total. Ideally.
--How much have you lost so far (start where you wanna!)?
8 lbs, since Jan 20th, but I think that's just due to the medicine being out of my system.
--What's your motivation?
I have no clothes, & hate how my body looks, but I'm more concerned with my health. 32 lbs in 4 months equaled to about 2 lbs a week. I don't want any long term health problems. Plus I'm tired of feeling like complete jello.
--What's your eating plan like?
not eating out as often (struggled this past weekend). keeping a close watch on my calories with my fitness pal app. It takes 21 days for habits to stick, so me & the hubby both are trying to plan out meals instead of grabbing 'junk.'
--What's your exercise plan like?
Nothing right now, since I'm focusing on good food choices for 21 days, but eventually I will hit the gym close to me on lunch hour, & when it gets to be better weather, I plan on taking j to the babysitter's via stroller. A round trip is just over a mile.
--What's your biggest struggle?
I have yet to try some veggies.
