I'm sorry, I tried to google and came up with nothing...but that could just be because my iphone is dumb. I'm sure there were probably a few posts about it when we were pregnant.
Did any of you S12 moms use hypnobabies for childbirth? I'm just curious, as I'm planning on it this time around (mostly because I had a bad epidural experience with LO).

Re: Hypnobabies Moms?
The book I found the most helpful for my "method" was The Birth Partner. It's not really aimed at moms but the sections on relaxation, rhythm, and ritual were really interesting and helped me learn how to let go and "ride" each contraction. I recommend reading it and highlighting the parts you want your SO and anyone else who is going to be in the room to read.

There are some regs on Natural Birth who have done hypnobabies, I would recommend asking them about it.
@meatballesq it's basically a childbirth education + self-hypnosis course. But not like weird comedian hypnosis where you're unaware of what you're doing. Basically just a really deep relaxation. It's so effective for some that people have undergone surgery without anesthesia using the technique! Talk about BSC!
@melsax Doulas are really expensive here too. I've been doing a lot of research and have seen several moms who did hypnobirthing (Mongan) first and then hypnobabies, and usually they have higher ratings of hypnobabies. My home study course was only $145 with shipping after a coupon code. I can send you a site with some comparisons - if you want em just PM me!
