Zofran?

Apparently I lost weight between my first 2 appts 3 days apart and my OB put me on zofran, but between the constipation (even with a stool softener) and the constant headache...I'd rather puke 2x a day...I can always eat more. Anyone else on it feel like their stuck between a rock and a hard place

I was on zofran until the middle of week 10, after being horribly constipated for weeks straight, I decided I'd rather be sick. The last couple weeks have been the best part of my pregnancy so far cuz Im finally regular again.

The downside is that zofran was an instant relief for nausea, and I do miss that daily. But I think being constipated all the time made me feel even sicker. I wont be getting back on zofran cuz I'd rather be sick that have to choke down prune juice just so I can poop.

I too have been torn, but Saturday made me jump on the Zofran bandwagon. I was doing 1 Zofran at night to help get me thru the following day (doc prescribed up to 3 a day), taking it for a few days then taking a break for a few days to try to relieve the constipation issue. When I take the Zofran I take 2 Senokot S tablets (ok per my doc) to help with the constipation which doesn't really help, but I keep trying. I didn't take any Zofran Friday night & I was MISERABLE on Saturday. I threw up so many times, couldn't eat or drink hardly anything, and couldn't get off the couch. Needless to say I took Zofran on Saturday & was able to be a functioning human on Sunday. I think I'll stick with it & hope that this MS will subside by next week!
